Delivery time (normal shipping ):

The delivery is carried out within approximately 4 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) following the withdrawal in most Italian places.

Delivery attempts:

The service includes two automatic delivery attempts. In case of failed delivery on the first attempt, the courier will leave a notice informing the recipient that a second delivery attempt will be made the following working day. In case of absence of the addressee even on the second attempt, a notice is left in the mailbox with the references of the Post Office where the recipient can collect his parcel in the 10 gg. working later, including Saturdays. The stock is free.

Delivery times for Express Delivery:

Delivery is made in 1-2 working days (except Saturday and Sunday) following the withdrawal in most Italian places. Delivery attempt is the same as Normal Shipping.

Delivery time:

Delivery times are abroad 5 g. working if there are no national holidays in progress.
